Can we use our own Messaging Integration?
PanAfrican Link is built as a provider/integration agnostic platform. As such we can add new integrations and providers as required. The cost of adding a new internal integration is shared between PanAfrican Link and the client.
We have contacts in multiple countries, do we need a different subscription for each country?
PanAfrican link is built natively to offer services in multiple countries under the same subscription. For services like SMS shortcodes you'll need to register multiple services in each country. Please chat with us to learn more.
Can we connect our internal Business Intelligence Tools?
PanAfrican Link supports integrations with Microsoft Power BI and Tableau by default. Data imported by BI tools is billed under imports and exports. Reach out to our team to see how you can integrate your tools.
What happens when I exceed my subscription limits?
All limits unless otherwise specified kick into a Pay As You Go model as soon as the limit is reached. e.g. Once you exceed your upload records limit any number beyond that will be billed per record as long you account has the balance.
Which messages appear in my Inbox?
Messages in PanAfrica link can either be classified as inbox messages or flow responses. If a messages is not captured as a response to a flow, it's going to appear in your Inbox.
